Life is an amazing journey ... We all begin innocent in the purest sense of the word. Time passes and the stories of our life unfolds day by day. Our body, mind, heart & soul integrate all the cycles, chapters,lessons learned along the way.
It seems to me that on this earth, one passes thru a portal of great suffering to arrive at the gate to JOY.
Often it is thru loss , which brings us to our knees and we confront the stark reality that we have lost control of a given situation !!
For whatever reason, we are forced to reckon with the sleeping dragon that begins to stir ... first an ear perks up, then the other, then an eyelid peers open, then both eyes, then the tail begins to shift into alertness and as our sleeping dragon begins to arise ... the heat is flaring and we are compelled to deal with core issues at hand !!
Our body will process every thought and emotion like a memory chip. All the words of wisdom begin to echo inside our mind; the paradox weaving into greater awareness.
After many years of running from the dragon, I've learned that turning toward the dragon was a choice I came to after sharpening my skills of facing AND feeling my fears. Being human and maturing into a wise ol soul is a complex path, in and out of bliss and despair . I must admit, my mid life years has helped me realize that it is all for my own evolution.
Now I get to focus on my well being with earnest. Once again I face being challenged , this time on a physical level and while my doctors have sent me home with no hope of recovery ... I looked at them and asked them point blank " do you ever Google your diagnosis ? , using key words such as 'healing,curing,reversal,holistic treatments, HOPE' and with a blank stare they would respond "NO" , amazing but true !
This first blog entry is an introduction to sharing with you , some of the 'good stuff' I've discovered along the way of healing. I've realized that I have healers all around my community of friends. Each offering a their skills , talents & gifts for healing. Integrating ayurveda,acupuncture,nutrition,color therapy,sound healing,bodywork,homeopathy,cleanse,detox,feed, visualization, stress management, therapy, shamanism,astrology, low level laser light therapy !!! and the list goes on and on ... allowing for limitless possibilities ...
It is my sincere intention to share with you the network of companies which are serving me on my way to balance within. In future posts, I will share one by one , the company and why I selected their product line.
